SAFE-A-THON 2025
SATURDAY, 1ST MARCH 2025, SRI KANTEERAVA STADIUM, BENGALURU
Thank you for being part of the Safe-A-Thon 2025 (Walk, Run, Cycle Event) on Saturday 1st March 2025 at Sri Kanteerava Stadium.
Here are some important points for your reference:
- Date and Venue: Saturday, 1st March 2025, Sri Kanteerava Stadium, Bengaluru
- Reporting Time: Between 5.00 am – 5.45 am (It is advisable to reach early)
- Flag off: For Cyclists at 6:45 am, followed by flag-off for Runners and Walkers
- Distance: 5 km
- Advisable: Helmet for cyclists (not mandatory though)
- Recommended: Water bottles, Photo Id
- Parking: Parking for personal vehicles has been arranged at St Joseph School Ground. Participants are encouraged to use Public Transport options (Metro and BMTC) and/or vehicle pooling to avoid any inconvenience at parking.
- Entry: From the main gate at Kasturba Road and the gate at Coffee Day Square
- Registration Counters: In front of the Basketball Court. You will get T-shirt, Cap from here 5am onwards.
- Baggage Counters: Baggage counters will be there for you to keep your stuff. We will not accept any valuables like wallet, mobile phones etc. You can carry them with you. Organisers will not be held responsible for any loss or theft.
- Cyclist Assembly Point: Near Basketball ground. Flag-off for cyclists to happen from here.
- Runners and Walkers Assembly Point: Inside the outdoor stadium after entering from Gate No. 1A
- Signages and Volunteers: There will be enough direction signages and volunteers to guide you at every point.
- Hydration, Medical, Toilets: There will be 4 Hydration and Medical points on the route. Ambulances will be stationed at various points. Green Toilets will be installed at the venue and on the route. You can reach out to volunteers for any kind of assistance.

After you finish your Walk / Run / Cycle activity, collect your Medal and Certificate and enjoy the breakfast along with multiple stalls and Music.We’re excited to have you join us in promoting road safety and making our streets safer for everyone. Together, we can make a difference.
